I got this amazing rubber stamp in the mail the other day, along with some other cuties I orded before I went on my vacation! I just love this one, it brings a smile to my face every time I look at this happy girl! Remember how it was like...when we where young and did cart wheels on a summer lawn... Still enjoy summer, but cart wheels....??? Not so much... LOL! I have made a friendship card, in some very daring color combo, at least for me it is... Orange, green and pink.... !!!!! But a fun image needs fun colors I thought, and went to my Copic Marker box...! It is fun moving outside the comfort zone, every now and then!

Back from our mini-vacation

It has been a little quiet in here, and it is because we went on a little vacation to Sweden. We actually stayed in Borås, the home town of Magnolia....! The only sad sad thing is, Magnolia was closed when I was there... I went home in tears! I was suppose to meet my dear friend SasSa there and go shopping with her.... But SasSa and I have promised each other to meet some other time! We will make it happen! We went camping for the very first time, and we where all excited to see how that would work out, and it was great!!! We loved it, both parents and children! Here are some pics from our trip, and I will be back later today with some new cards I am working on. Our tent:

Whiff of Joy Challenge #39

Oh well have to admit... summertime is not a great scrapping time... lol!
And I don`t think I am alone in this... The blogs and the traffic has slowed down, and people are relaxing in the sun instead. Very healthy!

Today, after my walk, and some chores, I made it into my scrap room.
And manage to make a card for the Whiff of Joy challenge #39.
The challenge is piercing.
I have made a frame around my image using my paper piercing tool.

I have been struggling with my mind around some job related issues, and together with the warm weather, my scrap room has not been as frequently visited as usual... It is amazing how some pondering together with heat can suck the creativity right out of me... LOL!
